Cinnamon Grade H1
Real H1 Cinnamon (Hamburg grade) We identify H Cinnamon grades as Hamburg grades. This grade is most popular among the buyers. H1 Cinnamon sticks consist of rough bark, and it gives a very strong flavor. H1 grade diameter size is 21-23 millimeters. Sticks of the H1 Cinnamon is a golden brown color in appearance.
Cinnamon Grade H2

Cinnamon Grade M4
The M4 cinnamon is also processed from the same plant as Cinnamomum Verum. Ceylon M4 Cinnamon grade has a good demand because of the price and appearance of quills as a middle rate grade. The preparation of cinnamon quills involves a combination of art and skill unique to Sri Lanka and has been handed down from generation to generation over centuries.
This M4 grade is very similar to the M5 Cinnamon grade. The sticks show a light brown color and are approximately 18–20 in diameter. This is one of the top-selling Mexican cinnamon grades among the other quills.
Cinnamon Grade C4
Ceylon C4 Cinnamon grade is also from the same species of the evergreen tree, Cinnamomum verum. This grade is yellow or light brown in appearance. This grade also falls under the Continental Cinnamon grade. This Continental cinnamon grade-C4 size is 13–14 mm in diameter.
You can buy cinnamon C4 grade in a variety of cut sizes. For example, 5 inches, 10 inches, or 21-inch cinnamon cuts. This is one of the more economical cinnamon grades among the cinnamon stick grades.

Further, this is a Continental grade of C5 special cinnamon, whose diameter is 7-9 mm.

Cinnamon Grade Alba
Ceylon Alba cinnamon is the thinnest and finest cinnamon grade in the cinnamon bark(stick) group. and, this is the most expensive Cinnamon grade. It’s diameter is 8 mm – 10 mm (diameter similar to pencils). However, this Alba cinnamon grade gives good taste and fresh Exotic aroma among the other grades

Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil
Cinnamon bark oil is obtained from the bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. Cinnamon bark oil is quite rare with a delicate aroma and a sweet, pungent taste. Cinnamon bark oil has no less than 90 identified compounds and over 50 minute unidentified compounds. Our Cinnamon bark oil contains more than 60% Cinnamaldehyde. In Ayurvedic medicine, cinnamon bark is used as an antiemetic, antidiarrheal, anti-flatulence, and a general stimulant. Today, cinnamon bark oil has been proven to naturally; lower cholesterol, kill bacteria, heal wounds, control blood sugar levels and relieve stomach flu caused by harmful bacteria like Salmonella. Perfect for aroma therapy and food flavoring. A scent that is so exotic it is used as the base for many World famous French perfumes.
Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil
Cinnamon leaf oil comes from Cinnamonum verum (also called Laurus cinnamomum) from the Laurel (Lauraceae) plant family. This small and bushy evergreen tree is native to Sri Lanka. Cinnamon tree can be distinguished by its small, white flowers, shiny, leathery green leaves, and purple oval berries. Its papery, pale brown bark has thick quills that roll inside one another, and are gathered every two years. Cinnamon leaf oil can be used as an additive in soaps and a flavoring to seasonings. When used in aromatherapy – diffused, applied topically or added to your bath water – it can have health-promoting effects.

Mainly consist of larger quillings/ bark pieces that are resulted from the peeling, processing and baling of quills. Cinnamon quillings are a byproduct created in the process of cutting and baling Cinnamon. Our quillings are on par with the finest produced in Sri Lanka.
Cinnamon Powder
Cinnamon powder comes from the bark of tropical, evergreen trees. In order to harvest cinnamon, it’s peeled off of the inside of the bark of the tree. Ceylon Cinnamon powder is a low-calorie spice with only twelve calories in two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. It is very low in protein and fat but does provide about 10% of the daily recommended fiber in two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. Cinnamon powder is an excellent source of manganese, providing over one-third of the recommended daily intake of manganese in a two-teaspoon serving of cinnamon powder based on data compiled by the USDA.
